How do I terminate my seller subscription?

Your subscription plan will be automatically suspended in case of lack of payment.

However, if you do not want to renew your subscription and would like to close your seller account, please email our customer care team at help@twoosk.com, informing us of your intention and providing us with your email address and business name before your subscription ends.

We will then initiate the process of closing your seller shop account and inform you of each step.

Please, keep in mind that you will still be obliged to fulfill any open orders or queries and be invoiced for any outstanding fees.
